  5. 产品种类涵盖半导体IC, WLCSP, Discrete, Optical devices, LED及其他电子组件. Tape width主要为8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 44, 56, 72 mm. 有PS与PC两种材质(抗静电).
  6. Carrier Tape种类：QFP, LQFP, TQFP, BGA, TFBGA, FCBGA, QFN, TSOP, SOP, SOT, TO, SIP, CIS and LED.

搭配各种Carrier tape带宽使用, 带宽包括5.4 / 5.5 / 9.2 / 9.3 / 9.5 / 13.3 / 21.3 / 25.5 / 37.5 / 49.5 / 65.5 mm 等, 属抗静电材质, 分热封型与自黏型两种. 所有Cover tape都经过完整之封合及信赖性测试, 以符合客户之封合测试标准.
